One of my favorite people on the planet has suggested I write something...it's been awhile for sure. I'm at the Sierra Nevada Mts and it is so cold!! It keeps trying to snow but doesn't. There
are plenty of icicles that are dripping cold water and it's just winter! We would all like the fluffy cold snow, but no such luck. I'd like to visit a place where it's 70degrees and sunny. But, that's why it's called winter.

My granddaughters went to two sleepovers the other night. One for 10 year olds and one for 3 year olds. They both arrived home baggy eyed and tired. But had a great time. I was really happy for them.

Well, this retired teacher is exploring new ways to continue to be a good source of human nature and contribute to the positive of this world. I know this is vague, but I'm feeling vague. Winter brings out the vague in me.

Sunshine 2010

Sunshine in 2010 is a great thing. The sky is blue and the small clouds are wispy. The temps are very low with a ten degree reading this am. My granddaughter thinks I might just be a weather blog!! Oh would that be. She thinks terrible!! But, if it's cold outside, then it can be warm in the kitchen when we consider what type of chocolate treat we will prepare!!
